At our core, Sthl Pcba is a manufacturing company. We do not design semiconductors, nor do we build consumer brands. Our role is to serve as the bridge between engineering intent and physical reality—to take a schematic, a bill of materials, and a set of reliability requirements, and to deliver a product that functions exactly as specified, under conditions that are often far more demanding than those envisioned in the design office.
This responsibility requires infrastructure, and we have invested accordingly. Our facility spans approximately 10,000 square meters and is equipped with 7 high-speed SMT placement lines, 2 DIP production lines, 2 dedicated functional test lines, and 2 final assembly lines. This capacity allows us to support programs ranging from prototype builds to high-volume production, across industries that include automotive electronics, industrial control, medical devices, telecommunications, and consumer electronics.
But equipment alone does not ensure quality. Over two decades, we have learned that the true measure of a contract manufacturer is not the number of machines on the floor, but the consistency of the processes that govern them. From solder paste management and reflow profiling to Conformal Coating application and ionic contamination testing, every operation is governed by documented procedures, traceability requirements, and continuous improvement protocols. Our quality management system is not a static framework; it is a living discipline that is reviewed, challenged, and refined with every production lot.
