June 20-21, 2025, Qingyuan, Guangdong – To celebrate its 10th anniversary, STHL organized an unforgettable two-day team building trip in the breathtaking landscapes of Qingyuan. The event, themed "Ten Years Together, Stronger Together," featured exciting activities including waterfall exploration, thrilling canyon Drifting, BBQ feasts, singing parties, and group photos, strengthening team bonds and commemorating a decade of achievements.
Nature Adventure: Beauty of the Waterfalls
The first morning began with a visit to the majestic Gulongxia Waterfalls, known as the "No.1 Waterfall in Lingnan." Colleagues marveled at the cascading waters, capturing stunning photos and drone footage against the backdrop of the misty cliffs. "This powerful waterfall mirrors STHL’s unstoppable growth over the past decade," remarked Finance Manager Wang.
Thrills & Teamwork: Gulongxia Canyon Drifting
The afternoon brought adrenaline-pumping Drifting adventures through the canyon’s rushing rapids. Teams of two navigated the twists and turns, with the R&D duo earning cheers for their speedy finish, while the Quality Control team showcased perfect coordination—not a single capsized raft! Laughter and shouts of excitement echoed through the valley.
Bonfire Night: BBQ & Karaoke Under the Stars
As the sun set, the team gathered for a festive open-air BBQ. Hidden culinary talents emerged—Production Department’s "grill masters" served up delicious skewers, while Marketing’s Li led a spirited sing-along with "Friends". The CEO personally grilled chicken wings for everyone, saying, "This warmth is what makes STHL a true family."

A Decade in Frame: The Grand Group Photo
On the second day, the entire team, dressed in anniversary-themed T-shirts, posed for a historic group photo in front of the ancient Yao Village. As drones captured the moment, 200 voices shouted in unison: "Happy 10th, STHL!"—drawing applause from nearby tourists. This cherished photo will take pride of place on the company’s Culture Wall.
A New Chapter Begins
On the return journey, HR screened a heartfelt "10-Year Memories" video. Seeing the company’s journey—from humble beginnings to industry leadership—many were moved to tears. The GM concluded, "This retreat reignited our passion. With this unity, STHL will sail toward even greater horizons!"
