Comprehensive Testing and Verification
Quality is the cornerstone of our manufacturing philosophy. We implement multi-stage inspection gates throughout the assembly process. Solder paste deposition is verified using 3D SPI, component placement and solder joints are analyzed via advanced AOI systems (including double-track systems for high-speed throughput), and complex BGA packages undergo non-destructive 3D X-Ray inspection. Furthermore, we offer functional testing (FCT), in-circuit testing (ICT), and thermal burn-in testing to guarantee that every board shipped to Slovakia is ready for immediate deployment in the field.
