Q2: What service do you have?

A2: STHL PCBA mainly provides services of PCB layout, components sourcing, PCB fabrication, PCB assembly, box building assembly, functional test, and other value-added services.
Q3: Can we inspect quality during production ?

A3: Yes, as STHL PCBA is a real factory, we are warmly welcome customers come to visit and inspect during production.
Q4: Do you have a capability to offer one-stop service ?

A4: Yes,STHL PCBA has advanced production facility and technical team, the company has 4 hardware engineers, 6 software engineers and 2 structural engineers. The factory has 7 SMT lines, 2 DIP lines, 2 functional testing line and 2 box building assemble line.
Q5: What files required to get quotation from you?

A5: For PCBA quotation, please provide Gerber data/ files and also BOM (bill of materials), and if you need us to do function test, please also provide the test instruction/procedure.
Q6: How can you make sure the components quality?

A6: We buy the components from the A-level agents, and have IQC workers test.
Q7: How can we ensure our information will not let third party to see our design?

A7: We ensure all of your projects documents security. We can sign NDA agreement with customers.
Q8: How long is the delivery time ?

A8: PCBA samples lead time is 3~4 weeks, bulk quantity order 4~6 weeks.
Q9: Which way for ship and delivery ?

A9: By DHL, UPS, FedEx, the shipping time is about 3-7 days.
